1. There are multiple ways of pausing or stopping automation on leads. Let's begin by selecting a conversation in the CRM page
2. The first option to stopping automation is to select "Stop Automation" which stop all automations on an individual lead. This would be a good option if you are already gotten a hold of a lead and are taking over the conversation!

Q: What if I want to stop automations for a lot of leads at once? Do I have to do this for every single lead?

3. The next option is "Snooze", denoted by the clock icon. Snooze gives users the option of delaying automations until a specified date.

4. To ensure the snooze works, select your desired date to stop automations until and click "Snooze"

5. The last option is DND, which is located at the very bottom of the contact information panel on the left. It stops all automation but also prevents you from being able to message them.
