There are times where you might need to bring a third person into a call, how do you do that?
Let's suppose you already have a call going on, the first thing you'll want to do is click on the "Warm Transfer" button.
Here you'll have a change some of your team members, alternatively you can bring up the keypad with the Keypad button on the bottom of the panel
Initiating the second call will put the current call on hold
Once the second callee picks up the phone, you'll be presented with the "Merge Now" button
Once you merge the call, you'll all be brought together into the same group call, and there you have it!
