Syncing Your Account With HQ

How to sync your HQ account with Switchboard so that all of your leads and account information come into your Switchboard account.

1. From Overview (or the Dashboad) click on "Sync HQ"

2. Allow your leads to load - this might take a minute, be sure to let it load to 100%

3. You can select a filter for the different types of leads that might be present in your HQ account.

4. Select the leads one by one or selecting all

5. Click on "Add To Switchboard"

This may take a few minutes - just be patient as we add them all into your account for you.
